Directions to use MTR Garam Masala :

Recipe for Dum Aloo using Garam Masala:

• Boil 500g peeled baby potato and keep aside.
• Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil, add 100 Grams chopped onion saute until it turns golden brown.
• Add 1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp green chilli paste to make thick gravy.
• Add 1 1/2 tsp MTR Garam Masala, MTR Coriander Powder and MTR Red Chilli Powder each 1 tsp, 150g ( 1 cup ) tomato puree, 1 tbsp tamarind extract, salt and sugar as per your taste in the gravy and mix well.
• Add a pinch of asafoetida, boiled potatoes and 150ml ( 1 cup ) water in the gravy and mix well.
• Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.

Tasty Tip :

• Use it for preparing gravies, curries, dal, samosas, potato vadas, kachoris, usal, pattice, patra and all types of Farsans.
